Mulhouse, France.

Just over the border from Stuttgart/ Karlsruhe is the city of Mulhouse. Not to be confused with the German city of Muhlhausen. Mulhouse has belonged to Germany before and has a population of less than 300,000.

It's claim to fame stems from the amazing Schlumpf Collection of primarily Bugatti vintage cars, which has grown over the years to include 98 different makes of cars. It us huge! Also very interesting, even if lacking the bling of the BMW museum. We spent four hours there, particularly enjoying some of the old film footage.

I took so many photos. It is impossible to include enough in my blog to give you an understanding of the exhibition.
