We left Rotterdam just after 9:30 in the morning. We finally pulled into our campsite, a few minutes over the border in Denmark at 8pm! A very Long, traffic filled day!
There were lots of delays and a huge hour long delay north of Hamburg. Our SATNAV sent us an alternate route, would you believe, direction Berlin for a while! We saved 45 minutes. Sue and Robin weren't so lucky and we stuck for one and a half hours!
By the time we arrived in Denmark, we were all exhausted. Time for a "ready meal", glass of wine and bed.
