The camping life.

We are staying at the city campsite in Mulhouse, France. In spite of high season, it is not full. There are lovely wide open spaces and trees and it is quiet for a city site.

However, the sanitary facilities are not so sanitary and the only washing machine doe not work. Things are pretty basic!

On the other hand, we can order croissants and baguettes which arrive by 8am each day. Priorities!

Motorhoming, especially with the trailer on the back, can be quite physical. Noel has "done something to his knee". It is very swollen and he is in pain.

I went into the city and bought a poultice for the swelling and some more anti inflamitories. He is only a little better today. We have a five hour drive ahead of us today, so just hope he can cope. I have never driven this motorhome and never towed. Swiss roads will be much narrower and winding than in France. Fingers crossed.

Anyway, he has to get better quickly for the hill climb in Switzerland at Ollon-Villars this weekend!
