The grid is set according to qualifying time and one of the Danes had Noel reinstated in his correct time position, at 4th.
Noel worked hard to fix the oil leak. John Sykes told him what he did in the same circumstances. Fingers crossed!
By the end of the race there weren't many cars left. They had either not started or pulled out with problems. Robin had a faulty connection to his fuel pump.
There is a very old driver in a cute but incredibly slow Auto Union which really shouldn't be there. Under yellow flag Noel, followed closely by Nick Taylor could not slow down to that extent. So they passed him and were both penalised. It's very narrow and if Noel had slowed Nick would have hit him and both probably plowed into the Auto Union or worse, the wall. Better to have the penalty! Put Noel in 4th.
Anyway, Noel finished the race with no damage, but still has an oil leak. More work to do this afternoon.
