We had almost 2 days of constant, torrential rain at Pettenasco. Plenty of ducks but all the campers left except us!
Thank goodness for the restaurant.
Today, we woke to silence. No rain and a beautiful clear view across the lake.
We left at 8:30 am after goodbyes from our host. I stopped the traffic (after all these years - achieved! ) so that Noel could get a run up the steep hill and sharp right turn at the top. He needed both lanes to make the turn. Drivers were very accommodating and all waved. We were on our way on a beautiful morning to Monza!
