Traditionally, after the cricket, Pimms and cakes, Driver's briefing, we all rush out of the marquee to watch the aerobatics of a Spitfire. Really looked much closer than in my meagre photos.
We didn't go to the champagne party as we (and friends) were invited to "supper" at Penny and Grant Wilson's comfortable home by th sea. Wonderful food and great company.
