Green and pleasant fields

England is very spring green at the moment. We drive through beautiful undulating countryside here in Hampshire,  dotted with some lovely picturesque villages and farm buildings.
Lunch at the White Hart in Denmead -where ever we can find a park or our motorhome.

Company for the Lotus

Safe arrival

The container was cleared through Her Majesty's Customs and delivered to Setford Racing. Noel was there in time to help Robin unload. All well!

The adventure begins!

I understand there will be 120 Formula Juniors at this meeting.

18 - 20 November: Eastern Creek, Sydney, Australia

Six race weekends in New Zealand January and February 2017. It is expected that about 40 cars cars are coming from the UK/Europe, plus some from Australia.

He has done it again!

Lotus gone. Gemini gone.

So, he's bought a Mini! A 1966 Downton Austin Cooper: the only original Downton enhanced Cooper in New Zealand.

It needs a tidy up, so with only days before he departs for his first leg of the Formular Jumior Diamond Jubilee 60 year celebration, Noel is cleaning, painting, oil and filter change, new brakes and generally fettling the Mini Cooper.

There's no stopping him!
